At Jet Development, we keep the process simple and comfortable from the very beginning. We start with an appointment to walk through your Las Vegas project and answer any questions you may have. Within a few business days, you’ll receive a clear, straightforward bid with no surprises. If you decide to move forward, our team prepares the plans—usually within two weeks—and manages the entire front-end process for you. From permitting and HOA approvals to scheduling inspections, we handle the details so you don’t have to. Most projects move through this early phase in about 4 to 6 weeks. Our goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and able to enjoy the experience from start to finish.

Check out our smooth process, created & refined for your peace of mind:

  1. Initial Meet – First, we want to establish that we are a good fit and we’ll usually get back to you same the day or within 24 hours to have a conversation and schedule a meet.
  2. Project Bid –  Within 2-3 business days following the initial meeting, we will provide you with a bid. If bid is approved, we’ll move into the design phase.
  3. Construction Contract– Upon the acceptance of the Construction Contract, a deposit invoice will be issued and the Jet Development Team will undergo steps to prepare for the design of your garage or RV storage addition and plan for construction. You and your Jet Development designer and Project Manager will meet to discuss your vision, preferences, goals and schedule.
  4. Design – After we’ve completed the contract, Jet will draft up plans, once the first design phase is completed, your  Agreement will provide a blueprint for your vision, a construction budget summary sheet, and a basic layout and design plans.
  5. Construction – “Under construction” looks different for each and every project. Each home and each project is unique and is handled by one of our expert Project Managers who will be your day-to-day contact for construction. They are responsible for overseeing your project and the team of dedicated professionals and craftsmen who will bring your project to life.
  6. Completion – At the end of your project, you will meet with your Project Manager to walk through the finished space together in what we call a “final walk-through punchlist” to review how any new features operate as well as general care and maintenance. Now, the only step left is for you to enjoy your transformed space!
