About Jet Development

Family owned and operated, Jet Development has been serving the Greater Las Vegas area since 1991. With our combined experience, we pride ourselves on getting the job done right the first time — on schedule and on budget. From commercial construction, tenant improvements, residential remodels and custom homes, we believe that if given the chance, you will see we are truly the best in the industry.

The business was started by John Tucker in 1991 after he retired from the Las Vegas Building Department as the Building Official. He spent his career as a Building Official in Nevada and Arizona. In 1997 John and Jennifer began a partnership that would flourish the remainder of John’s life. In 2006 John passed away but not before passing on his extensive knowledge and wisdom of the construction industry.

We understand how important the dollar is to you and strive to build quality, affordable projects. We strongly believe in giving you the contract cost as the total cost of the project not contract plus change orders like many of our competitors. We know how important time is to you as well. We contract our jobs with specific days for completion and build our projects accordingly.
