Our Process

Jet Development will set up an appointment to review your project. Within 2-3 business days following the initial meeting, we will provide you with a bid. If we go to contract, Jet will draft up plans within two weeks. The entire front-end process typically takes 4-6 weeks, and this includes Jet handling all of the permitting, homeowner association approval requirements, inspections, and more. It is our goal to make sure clients enjoy the process!
